Refund Policy

All monthly and annual subscription purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 calendar days of the original transaction date. No explanation required.

All refunds are processed by our payment provider, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders.

To request a refund:

• Contact your payment provider's support team with your order number
• Your provider verifies your purchase date and eligibility
• Once approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method

Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 1-3 business days for funds to appear in your account.

Refunds are available for:

• All monthly plan purchases
• All annual plan purchases
• Any reason - no justification required

The only requirement: the request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of your original transaction date.

• Your subscription access is immediately revoked
• Data stored locally on your device remains unaffected
• Server-side account data is deleted within 30 days
