By accessing and using QX Flow, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on QX Flow for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial)
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on QX Flow
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

The materials on QX Flow are provided on an 'as is' basis. QX Flow makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

In no event shall QX Flow or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on QX Flow, even if QX Flow or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

The materials appearing on QX Flow could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. QX Flow does not warrant that any of the materials on our website are accurate, complete, or current. QX Flow may make changes to the materials contained on our website at any time without notice.

QX Flow may revise these terms of service for our website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

7.1 Subscription Plans

QX Flow offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Prices, features, and renewal dates are displayed during checkout. By completing payment, you authorize the recurring charges in accordance with your selected plan.

7.2 Automatic Renewal

Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period. Your payment method will be charged automatically unless you cancel beforehand. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting hello@qingxiflow.com.

7.3 Billing & Payment Processing

Our orders are processed by an authorized payment provider who acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders. Our payment provider is responsible for payment collection, billing operations, payment-related customer support, and order fulfillment. Payments may be collected via credit cards, digital wallets, bank transfers, or other supported payment methods. 7.4 Price Changes

QX Flow reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes apply to future renewals, not to active subscriptions. If you do not agree with a price increase, you may cancel before the change takes effect.

7.5 Tax & VAT

Prices displayed do not include applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, or other local taxes. These may be added at checkout based on your billing location. Applicable taxes are collected and remitted by our payment provider on our behalf.

QX Flow offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your original purchase date without questions asked.

All refunds are handled via our payment provider. To request a refund, email hello@qingxiflow.com with your order number and we will process it through the appropriate channel. Refunds are typically completed within 3–5 business days.

You retain full ownership of all data, files, and content you upload to or create within QX Flow. QX Flow's core architecture is designed for local-first processing: your data is processed on your device via your web browser. We do not store, access, or process your raw business files on our servers. Your data remains exclusively under your control at all times.

Only account information, subscription data, and anonymized usage analytics are processed on our servers.

All content included as part of the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of QX Flow or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

You agree not to:

• Use the service in any unlawful manner or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to portions or features of the service
• Harass, abuse, or harm others in connection with the service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the software
• Circumvent billing systems or attempt to use the service without payment

QX Flow reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the service unlawfully. Upon termination, your subscription access will be immediately revoked. Your data will be deleted within 30 days unless local law requires otherwise.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless QX Flow and its owners, operators, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the service or violation of these terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of QX Flow shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in the relevant jurisdiction.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and QX Flow regarding your use of the service. No other representations, warranties, or agreements are valid unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of QX Flow.
